PatchUp Co. processes the information needed to respond to inquiries about product planning, development, and legal review alongside development. PatchUp handles development; our partner attorney handles legal review separately.
1. Why we process information

We request separate consent for collection/use and for the international transfer described below. You may decline either consent, but this web form requires both. Company or team name is optional.
3. Retention
Staff retain inquiries in our contact inbox until the response and related follow-up are complete, then delete them without undue delay. Information connected to a contract or subject to a legal retention duty may be kept separately for the applicable purpose and period. Email delivery service retention is described below.
4. International data transfer for email delivery
We use the following email delivery service to send your inquiry to our contact inbox. We obtain international transfer consent separately from collection/use consent before sending it.

5. Materials and partner attorney consultations
Provide a short summary in your initial inquiry. Do not send original contracts or conversations, source code, API keys, passwords, customer databases, or other sensitive material. The web form does not accept file attachments.
If planning or development review requires materials, we arrange a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and agree on the necessary scope and transfer method first. Access is restricted to the staff handling the work. Submitting an inquiry does not establish an NDA or a development contract.
Legal review by our partner attorney can run alongside product planning through launch. Inquiries go only to PatchUp’s contact inbox and are not shared with the attorney automatically. Before sharing, we explain the recipient, purpose, materials, and retention period and obtain separate consent. The legal review scope, fees, and engagement are agreed separately with the attorney.
6. Inquiry transmission and processing
Web inquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by our email delivery service and contact inbox. We do not store them in a separate website inquiry database. Our application does not log inquiry content or the email provider’s raw error messages when delivery fails.
7. Optional analytics
Only after you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visit sources, viewed pages, phone button clicks and accepted inquiries. A phone click does not confirm a completed call. An accepted inquiry means our email delivery provider has accepted the request, rather than final inbox delivery.
Google Analytics receives public page paths, sanitized visit sources, event types, analytics cookie identifiers, and browser and device information. We do not send URL queries or fragments, search terms or detailed external referrer paths, or the name, email, company and message entered in an inquiry. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Google LLC (United States; contact through Google's privacy policy) processes analytics information on servers outside Korea, transferred over the network after consent when visits and events occur. Google processes the IP address involved in transmission and may use it to estimate location. We do not send a separate IP address field or precise location.
Analytics cookies expire within 60 days of creation and visits do not extend their lifetime. GA4 user and event retention is set to 2 months, with retention resets on new activity disabled. This setting does not apply to aggregated standard reports.
Analytics is optional. Declining does not affect calls, inquiries or other site features. Choose ‘Decline’ in ‘Analytics settings’ at the bottom of the page to withdraw consent. We stop further analytics transmission and delete this site's analytics cookies after you decline or withdraw. Your choice is stored in this browser and resets when you clear site data. Contact us below about deletion of information already sent.
